Corn small breads with pumpkin

200 grams of grated pumpkin
2 eggs
cup of milk
cup of oil
cup of white flour
cup of corn flour
a baking powder

We mix all ingredients together. We put the mixture  into the mold and bake for 25 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees Celsius.

Sweet pumpkin


one kg of pumpkin
100 grams of sugar
one coffee cup of water

First, we clean pumpkin and cut it into cubes.
Than we put pumpkin cubes in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar and pour with water. Cover and cook on low heat, until all juice evaporate.

One of my favorite food is pumpkin. Ripe pumpkin has a very orange color. The taste is sweet. Pumpkin is brought to Europe from America (Mexico).
