It's easy, fast, and very tasty!!!
First we make the dough of 10 grams of yeast, one egg, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, 100 milligrams of oil ,100 milligrams of milk and a pound of flour. The dough should be smooth. Leave it to stand for an hour.
In the meantime, in pots for cooking put a cup of sugar and a little water and cook until it becomes a thick syrup. Then we add 2 chopped sour apples, 300 grams of black and red currants, cinnamon.
Develop the dough thinly and place them in the pan for baking so that the ends of the dough go through the pan as shown. Fruit sauce we pour over the dough.
Excess of the dough we cut with a knife,
and we make a cover for pie.
With water we squeeze the ends than it will cover better stick.
Cover...bake at 220 degrees for 25 minutes.
It can be served with a ball of ice cream.
