Sour cabbage with dried meat

500 g of fresh pork, 200 g of dry ribs and 100 g of bacon cuted into pieces and 4 cleaned onions finely choped.
Three small cabbage heads wash and cut into eighths.
In the bottom of pot put half of cuted bacon and over it put heads of cabbage and than over cabbage put the second part of the bacon then next row one half of the fresh meat, dry ribs, onion, 2 bay leafs, 3 peppercorns and one red pepper.
All this again repeat on the same order. Complete with cabbage. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and with oil.
Pour with cold water, cover and cook on medium heat for 3-4 hours. Cabbage try and add salt if needed. When cabbage is done should not have a lot of sauce.

Serve corn bread with cabbage!!!
