Spaghetti with minced meat


Sauce for spaghetti 
First we chop onion than fry it in hot oil, add 300 grams of mixed minced meat and all together we fry 2 minutes. In that we add 3 tablespoons of cooked tomato, grated lemon peel, seasoning or salt to taste, basil, parsley and a little pepper. Cook all together 10 minutes to get all crunchy.

 

We put the spaghetti in boiling water and add one tablespoon of oil and a little salt. When cooked spaghetti mix them with the sauce.


Succeed in a plate and we sprinkle them with Parmesan.


With spaghetti goes well one glass of wine!
