How to prepare Karadjordje steak

To prepare steak we need to choose a good meat. It is best to choose pork or veal from leg.

Put a little salt and pepper to taste.


Then coat with mustard one side, put the bacon over and cream or cheese depends on what we have in the fridge.

and merge with toothpicks as shown in the picture below.

Roll them in flour than in the scrambled egg and finally into breadcrumbs.
Fry them in hot and deep oil.


We serve them with fried potatoes.
