Baked salmon on my way!!!

This recipe I prepared for my sister's birthday :) !!!

Put the salmon fillets in the marinade. Marinade we make of olive oil, a little salt, lemon juice, soy sauce and a little pepper. Leave to rest for a few hours.

Meanwhile, we wash the vegetables for a refreshing salad (tomato, young onions, peppers, cucumber, basil).

We put salmon in a baking pan (bake it in the oven at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes) or on the grill and bake.

Than we chop vegetables, add the salt, put the olive oil and squeeze lemon juice. Stir all ingredients.

Baked salmon we remove from the oven and

while still warm served with salad.
