American sauce


2 hard-boiled eggs, one teaspoon mustard, salt, 1/8 l oil, lemon juice,  chopped pickles or sour peppers, an onion, sugar to taste

In the bowl sauce we mash boiled egg yolk and add the mustard and salt. We need to get a smooth mixture. Then in the mixture we add the oil drop by drop. Mix non-stop. Finally add a few drops of lemon juice.
In the sauce put chopped pepper and onion, salt and sugar to taste and at the end chopped egg whites.

Offer sauce with fish, roast or scotland eggs
