First we peel 4 boiled eggs.
We put one piece of dry bread in water to swell 5 minutes then drain and mixed it with 250 g minced meat, fried onion, egg, salt, pepper.
This mixture leave for half an hour to sit in refrigerator.
We wrap eggs with a layer of meat dough and gently press to attach to the eggs. We roll balls in bread crumbs. Then we fry eggs in hot fat from all sides.
When they become red from outside we reduce heat and slowly fry them a few minutes.
When roasted we half them and served.
