This simple recipe I learned from my grandfather and I am very grateful for that.
- kilogram of pepper
- 2-3 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- vegeta or salt
- 200 grams of cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- a pint of sweet milk
First we finely cut the onions and tomatoes and mix with cheese which we cut into cubes. In it add a spoonful of vegeta and some oil.
Wash and dry peppers. With a knife halve them but not until the end. Salt them.
Fill them as shown in the picture below.
Line them up in the baking pan. Whisk the eggs and the milk. This mixture pour over peppers. Bake at 220 degrees for half an hour.
Serve with homemade bread.
