Chicken salad with pineapple

Ingredients:
100 grams of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of milk, salt, sugar, lemon juice, 250 grams of cooked chicken, 100 grams of orange, 100 grams of pineapple



Cut cooked chicken into strips and cut orange and pineapple on the cubes. Mix ingredients. 

Dressing: Mix together mayonnaise, milk, salt, sugar and lemon juice. Pour the dressing over the ingredients.

Cut one pineapple on two halves like on the picture below and hollow out the meat from it and fill halves with salad.


With this salad goes well baked potatoes.

PS. Meat of pineapple is delicious in fruit salads or fruit cakes.
