Delicious, delicious, delicious...

To prepare the crust we need: 4 eggs, 2 dl of yogurt, a cup of black coffee oil, a carrot, some parsley, teaspoon salt, 12 tablespoons of flour, bags of baking powder.

First we mix the eggs then we add yogurt, oil, grated carrot, chopped parsley and other ingredients...

We pour crust into baking pan and bake it at 200 degrees Celsius.

When the crust has cooled, cut circles with a glass...



Filling: For this wonderful fill we need a whisk 250 grams of cream cheese, 50 grams of ham, 50 grams of dried meat and a chopped boiled egg.


Daub: Mix the one deciliter of sour cream and 12 teaspoon mayonnaise...

On the plate we grate 150 grams of cheese... 


Two circles we combine with filling around we coating with daub and smother it in cheese...


Overhead sprinkle with sesame or I am in the rest of the cream add a tablespoon of ajvar...


It looks very decorative...
