Cake with coffee


One recipe that we can prepare easily and this cake has a very creamy taste.

First we whip with a mixer 2 eggs and 150 grams of sugar. In this mixture we add 75 grams of oil, 75 grams of milk, lemon rind, 2 tablespoons flour and baking powder.


When we get a smooth dough and put it in a baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.


Cool cake we cut in two papers.


For fill we warm 1/4 liter of milk and 80-100 grams of sugar in that add one bag of coffee pudding and one teaspoon instant coffee powder. Allow to cool.

We whisk 100 grams of butter and gradually in butter we add the cold cream.

With cream we squeeze the crusts and place them on each other.


Sprinkle the cake with chocolate sprinkles.
