We need 20 minutes to prepare this simple meal .
Green salad
Wash lettuce and cut it`s leafs and add chopped onion or a spring onion in it.
Pour a dressing over the salad before serving.
Dresing-3 tablespoons olive oil or sunflower oil, pinch of salt, juice of half a lemon. Mix it!
French fries
Peel potatoes and cut on slices. Fry slices in deep hot oil. When is done take it out and put on paper napkin to absorb excess oil. Salt to taste.
Fish hake
Fillets of hake put on the napkin to absorb all the water. Salt it, roll in corn flour and fry in hot oil.
