In Serbia pie is very present on the table. With the ready-made crust it is easy to make pie.Here I put a recipe that my mom makes it, but not with the ready-made crust.This is hand-made pie.I still not learned how to prepare pie well.

We can make it with spinach, pumpkin, meat, potatoes, cheese ...

Of 800 g of flour, salt to taste and a little lukewarm water we knead dough.Add enough water that the dough should not be hard.Leave to stand for 30 minutes.

Spinach fill:one kilogram of spinach cleansed and cut, egg, 150 ml of milk, you can put one slice of cheese...

Pie bake in a well heated oven at a temperature of 250 degrees.


When become golden brown reduce temperature.Bake for 30 minutes.


Baked pie covered with a kitchen towel and leave 10 minutes.
