Delicious, delicious, delicious...

To prepare the crust we need: 4 eggs, 2 dl of yogurt, a cup of black coffee oil, a carrot, some parsley, teaspoon salt, 12 tablespoons of flour, bags of baking powder.

First we mix the eggs then we add yogurt, oil, grated carrot, chopped parsley and other ingredients...

We pour crust into baking pan and bake it at 200 degrees Celsius.

When the crust has cooled, cut circles with a glass...



Filling: For this wonderful fill we need a whisk 250 grams of cream cheese, 50 grams of ham, 50 grams of dried meat and a chopped boiled egg.


Daub: Mix the one deciliter of sour cream and 12 teaspoon mayonnaise...

On the plate we grate 150 grams of cheese... 


Two circles we combine with filling around we coating with daub and smother it in cheese...


Overhead sprinkle with sesame or I am in the rest of the cream add a tablespoon of ajvar...


It looks very decorative...

Cake for engagement

I do not know how the custom of making cake for the engagement known in the rest of Serbia, but in the Raska (southwestern part of Serbia) is well known.

The first time I met with these customs when it was my engagement.

This is the cake :)

The mother of my fiance made ​​this cake.

Upon arrival at the house of my parents, they put cake on a table and after drinking the coffee and brandy our dads stood up (The father of my fiance asked my dad if he wants to give me.. :) ) and then break the cake. The whole cake they broken out and share it too all attendees.

This same habit will be for my wedding, except that now cake will make my mom and full custom will be conducted at a wedding.



Chicken with peanuts on Serbian way !!!

Ingredients:

300 g of chicken white meat; egg white; tablespoon ground ginger; teaspoon minced chilli; 300g Chinese cabbage; package frozen Chinese vegetables mix; 100-150 ml soy sauce; 150 g of peanuts.

Chicken meat we cut into cubes, mixed with egg white and leave in the fridge to cool.

In a saucepan (wok) we heat 2 finger oil, then drain the chicken of the egg white and fry it so that it is half fried. We remove the chicken to a paper towel to absorb excess oil.


Meanwhile we chop a little  (If someone loves) hot pepper.


From the pan in which the chicken is cooked pour off half the oil and in it add one teaspoon chili pepper, one tablespoon minced ginger 


and green pepper... a small fry.


Chinese cabbage cut into strips and then add it in the fry spices, and cook it for a while, then add the Chinese mix vegetables.



When the vegetables are almost half we return chicken to pot..and we continue cooking...


with the addition of soy sauce.


Finally we add the peanuts. All mix well.


With this dish we can served tomatoes, seasoned with basil, salt and olive oil.


As with a glass of wine...of course...
