"Roses" with dried grapes

These "roses" are prepared by my sister and I would like You can  smell it and taste it right now! Roses are so crisp and delicious!

In a bowl crush 15 grams of fresh yeast and add half teaspoon of sugar. Mix it with 1/2 deciliter of milk. Leave it for 15 minutes.

In another bowl put a pound of flour, one teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon of ginger. Scoop out a hole in the middle and put yeast and 2 deciliter of milk. With fingers or spoon knead the dough. Dough should be smooth and elastic. Leave the dough to rest for an hour and a half.

Baking tray grease with a butter.

Put the dough on the board that we have previously sprinkled with a flour. Knead 10 minutes, shape into a rectangle -about 2 centimeter thick and oil it with a 100 grams of butter, sprinkle 40 grams of sugar and 200 grams of dried grapes over it.

Wrap the dough as a roll.

With a sharp knife, cut into slices 2 cm thick.

Lay slices on the baking tray. Allow them to sit for 20 minutes to arise.

Warm oven to 220 degrees and bake roses for 15 minutes.
Let's get baking pan from the oven and using a knife roll over each piece and return them to the oven to bake for another 10 minutes.

Take them out and move "roses" on the grid a 10 minutes to cool.

Butter and sugar during the baking give to the "roses" an unusual crispy crust.

Prijatno!!!
